SOCIAL AND CULTURAL EVENTS MARKED BY MEMBERS OF NNEWI COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF GREAT BRITAIN AND IRELAND

 In pursuance of its Aims and Objectives NCA shall organise entertainments for the following:

  • Afia-Olu Day/Cultural Celebration which shall be held first Saturday of August, every other year or any suitable date/s selected by members at monthly general meetings.
  • The End-of-Year /Christmas Party shall hold last Saturday of November or first Saturday of December. Christmas presents/gifts to young children shall be in form of books or gift items that support children's education with name or stamp of the company clearly embossed on them.
  • Entertainment at the end of every monthly general meetings and annual general meetings.
  • Entertainment at (Directors) Executive Committee Meetings.
  • Any other events/functions recommended by the (Directors) Executive Committee and approved by the monthly general assembly.
For the fulfilment of the entertainments, all registered members of the company shall pay a monthly contribution of £5.00 (five pounds) for every month of the calendar year including December and January to cover the entertainment.
